  9. Ground beef — Make a huge burger and top it with whatever you like, from cheese to sautéed mushrooms to grilled onions… or shred with taco seasoning and put in provolone cheese taco shells; toss in a dish with lettuce, avocado, cheese, and sour cream for a tortilla-free taco salad
  10. Almonds (simple or flavored) – they are a delightful and healthful snack; however, make sure to tally the carbohydrates as you consume them, because the carbs DO add up. Habanero, coconut, salt and vinegar, and more flavors are available.
